    The Social Committee fosters a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other.

  • Beautification & Infrastructure Committee

    B&L Committee is committed to ensuring the public areas in the neighborhood are maintained, including the 5 public entrances and public islands on Norse Drive. Routine maintenance throughout the year includes trimming, weeding, pine straw distribution, required repairs, and holiday decor, among other projects.

  • Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)

    The CERT program is an official emergency preparedness program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Woodlands HOA CERT is dedicated to rendering emergency service to our neighbors in the event of extreme emergencies until professional responders arrive.

  • Architecture Advisory Committee

    Architecture Advisory Committee –Proactively researches/communicates various options for home improvements so that homeowners know the pros vs cons and impact on the value of properties (theirs and others). Communicates the county ordinances to homeowners and works with government entities to enforce the ordinances/regulations related to property maintenance/improvements.
