The Woodlands, Woodland Forest Green, and Woodlands Green HOAs will have Clean Sweep on May 4th. This event is brought to you by Richland County Special Services, a division of Public Works, and your respective HOAs.

This is a wonderful community event that allows residents to dispose of bulk items and yard waste.

Items must be placed curbside on Sunday, May 3rd, as workers will begin picking up the items at 8 a.m. Monday, May 4th.

The following items will be accepted:

• Tires

• Yard waste

• Bulk items (furniture, washers and dryers, refrigerators, push mowers free of gas and oil, bicycles, disassembled swing sets, etc.)

Similar materials should be placed together in separate piles (keep tires together, bulk items together, yard waste together, etc.) Items not accepted include hazardous waste, batteries, electronics, and liquid waste.
